2018 STOLPMAN VINEYARD - SOLD OUT
BALLARD CANYON AVA
Hand-sorted and destemmed, followed by a 4-day cold-soak to enhance color and aromatic complexity. Daily punch-downs were applied through a 14-day native yeast fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine was gently pressed off fine lees and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromas of lemon verbena leaf, dried strawberries, currant, fresh fig, button mushrooms, and pink peppercorn on the nose. The palate is met with juicy acidity, silky tannin and a long finish.

2018 MORRO VIEW VINEYARD
EDNA VALLEY AVA
Hand-sorted and vinified with 15% whole-cluster. Prior to fermentation, the fruit was gently food-tred during a three-day cold soak. Fermentation kicked off spontaneously with native yeast then pressed off and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromas of black cherry, fresh raspberry, clementine orange, dried rose petals, fresh fennel, cola and red peppercorn on the nose. The palate is met with acidity and finished with a soft grip of tannin.

2019 WATCH HILL VINEYARD
ALISOS CANYON AVA
Alisos Canyon, located In Los Alamos in the Central Coast of CA, is the newest AVA in the United States. Los Alamos Valley is generally 10 degrees cooler on average than Santa Ynez Valley, and 10 degrees warmer than Santa Maria Valley. The Alisos Canyon AVA exhibits the distinct influence of the San Antonio Creek Valley, which runs directly from the mouths of the Alisos and Comasa canyons to the Pacific Ocean 20 miles to the west. The ingress of cooling marine winds and fog through the valley helps define the climate of the AVA as a Winkler Region II. The vineyard is situated in the mouth of the canyon with very sandy Arnold series soils, making this prime real estate for Grenache.
Vibrant aromas of wild strawberry, dried hibiscus, and white sage on the nose. The palate is met with fresh strawberry and juicy acidity and finished with a silky thread of tannin.
